  • LIGRE Devices come with a 24-month warranty after receipt, which includes extensive, free service.


Repair and maintenance service

  • In the event of a defect due to a manufacturing defect or material defect within the first 24 months, we will collect your device free of charge within 2-3 working days through our contractual partner UPS.
  • For this purpose, as in other service or maintenance cases, please contact our LIGRE Customer Center to coordinate pickup and return details.
  • To transport your device safely, use the original packaging.
  • You will receive your device back via UPS within a short time.
