Warranty

All LIGRE devices come with a 24-month warranty from the date of receipt, including comprehensive free service.

Repair and maintenance service

If your device delevlops a fault due to a manufacturing or material defect within the first 24 months, we will arrange free collection within 2-3 business days through our contract partner UPS. For this, as with other service or maintenance cases, please contact our LIGRE Customer Service to arrange pickup and return. To ensure safe transport, please use the original packaging. Your device will be sent back to you promptly via UPS.
