LIGRE Devices come with a 24-month warranty after receipt, which includes extensive, free service.
Repair and maintenance service
In the event of a defect due to a manufacturing defect or material defect within the first 24 months, we will collect your device free of charge within 2-3 working days through our contractual partner UPS.
For this purpose, as in other service or maintenance cases, please contact our LIGRE Customer Center to coordinate pickup and return details.
To transport your device safely, use the original packaging.
You will receive your device back via UPS within a short time.
