The easiest and fastest way is to order in our webshop. Here you can conveniently order directly from us as the manufacturer and you will receive detailed descriptions in words and pictures about our espresso machines, grinders and accessories. Of course, we are also happy to support you on the telephone and guide you through the ordering process.

As a provider of exclusive espresso machines we always want to be as close as possible to our exquisite customers. Thus you can only purchase our original LIGRE assortment including all espresso machines and grinders in our webshop HERE.

You can view and experience the LIGRE espresso machines and coffee grinders at our selected partners. You can find the most convenient location close to you HERE.

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, immediate SEPA wire transfer within the EU and also by ApplePay.

The advantage of a customer account is that you can view, change or cancel your data and orders at any time. There you will find, for example, information about the delivery status, you can initiate repair and service orders, you will be informed about promotions or you can also register and unsubscribe from the newsletter. However, the order can also be placed without creating a customer account. In this case, you order as a “guest” and no customer number will be created for you.

Our global shipping partner is UPS.

If there are any changes to the machine's color, type of portafilter handle or change of the design of the tamper the original order must be canceled. Alternatively, you can open a ticket on the LIGRE website and together we will make the desired changes.

We currently deliver your orders to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy and Luxembourg. We are constantly expanding our delivery options so that we will also deliver to other countries in the future. We will keep you up to date on this on our website.

For orders over 50,- Euros shipping is free. For orders less than 50,- Euros shipping costs are 4,90 Euros.

Delivery with our shipping partner UPS takes on average only a few working days after order confirmation. As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the current status of your delivery at any time.

Due to its dimensions the LIGRE espresso machine unfortunately cannot be delivered to a pickup point or an UPS Access Point. The grinder and accessories can be sent separately to a MyFlexBox collection point. To do so, simply register a package redirection via UPS My Choice® to the desired MyFlexBox.

Yes your LIGRE delivery is fully insured against loss and damage during transport.

You can amend your personal data in your LIGRE customer account at any time. If you would like to make changes to your order before delivery, please cancel your original order and place a new order. Alternatively, you can open a ticket at www.ligre.com with the subject “My data” or “Order” and let us know your request there.

Your data will be processed and stored for the purpose of order processing and delivery. For this purpose, we also send your delivery address to our shipping partner UPS. After completing your order, your data will be deleted. In the case of a voluntary creation of a LIGRE customer account, you explicitly agree to the further processing and storage of your data for marketing and sales purposes.

For an accomplished aroma experience we have, together with our partner roastery and the barista team, optimally tailored the LIGRE beans in terms of type of beans, mixture and roasting to perfectly match our espresso machine. In principle, you can of course use any coffee beans from a wide variety of coffee roasteries depending on your taste and preferences.

We are convinced that when using a portafilter machine, in addition to the dedicated preparation, the tasty aroma of freshly ground coffee beans is celebrated. Unfortunately, with pre-ground coffee powder, which is available in retail, the grinding degree is never correct. This has a decisive impact on the aroma and will therefore never lead to a satisfying result. There will also be little coffee crema, as there is hardly any CO2 left in the pre-ground coffee powder, which is necessary for a nice coffee crema. Our recommendation is definitely freshly ground beans, preferably ground with the LIGRE siji coffee grinder.

Basically, you can use any still drinking water for the preparation of espresso and coffee drinks. Depending on your taste and water hardness, you are free to filter the water beforehand using a common water filter.

Yes, you can also use hard water. Since hard water contains a lot of lime and to prevent a terminal defect in your portafilter machine due to lime, regular descaling is necessary.

We recommend that you filter hard water in advance, for example with a central descaling system or a common water filter. This helps you to extend the descaling interval and means that you need to descale the machine less often.

The water tank, the inner shell of the drip tray and the drip grid of the LIGRE youn are dishwasher safe. The portafilter itself, the sieve, tamper and brush are not suitable for the dishwasher due to the materials used (including real wood).

You can find the serial number of the Espressomachine LIGRE youn on the upper right edge behind the water tank (the tank must be removed for this), the serial number of the coffee grinder LIGRE siji is on the nameplate on the underside of the device. Both are also stated on the packaging label. The serial number is also stored in your customer account.

The customer ID is stated on the order documents and in the customer portal. If you order as a guest and have not created a customer account, you do not have a customer ID.

To achieve optimal performance and to always enjoy a perfectly aromatic espresso and milk foam, we recommend regular cleaning of the machine, especially of the fluid system, the brewing unit and the steam lance. With the help of the cleaning programs the LIGRE youn guides you through the cleaning process. This makes the machine's maintenance easy and efficient.

The LIGRE espresso machine is not self-cleaning. However, the LIGRE youn guides you safely and easy to understand through the cleaning process.

Yes. The LIGRE espresso machine is the only portafilter espresso machine on the market that you can descale independently yourself and with the support of the machine at home. You don't have to send the machine in or have it serviced.

The LIGRE cleaning products were specially developed for our espresso machines and are completely tailored to these machines. They have their own composition for optimal results and ensure the longevity of the LIGRE espresso machine. Comparable cleaners in this form are not commercially available in retail.

The warranty on our LIGRE youn and LIGRE siji is 24 months after receipt of the goods.

You've changed your mind or would like to send it your espresso machine or coffee grinder for service? Please create a ticket on www.ligre.com and select a reason. Our customer service will contact you and go through the return process with you.

Your device will be repaired in our factory in Austria. Where it was produced.

If your device requires maintenance or repair, our goal is to carry out the service within 5 working days so that you get back your device and can enjoy as quickly as possible your LIGRE espresso, again. Issuing a loaner device would unnecessarily extend the service process. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot provide you with one.

All of our devices are inspected, maintained and repaired at our location in Austria to ensure a consistent high quality of technical service. Only in the factory can we have all the technical possibilities to track down errors and correct them adequately. Unfortunately, for these reasons, a technician cannot come to your home.
